J.D. Cuzzolina, Esq.

In 2008, Cuzzolina started in law serving violent felons and running court documents on a road bike in downtown Los Angeles. Around 2011, he started appearing in court as a certified law student. Today, Cuzzolina advises and represents businesses and private clients in collection matters. The Firm’s clients range from individuals collecting small consumer debts, attorneys collecting from clients, to businesses filing hundreds of collection cases. Cuzzolina brings to his clients over 10 years of debt collection experience. Cuzzolina regularly manages hundreds of active collection cases and judgments, regularly conducts mediation and settlement conferences, and is often retained in the “eleventh hour” to fix, repair, or otherwise mitigate and litigate cases other attorneys have almost lost. Cuzzolina still takes a hands on approach and regularly manages cases. Cuzzolina received the 2019 AVVO Clients’ Choice Award.

Jan

Victor

Jan is our office's legal administrator. She has an extensive background in law, having been in the legal field since her teens. Jan is also bilingual and works directly with each client to get them the services they need.

Victor

Victor is our office's collections manager. He has worked as a collector for over 15 years. He knows all the ins and outs of judgment enforcement, wage garnishments and levies. He is also bilingual and a registered process server.

Marco

Marco is our lead legal assistant. He is in charge of the office's internet presence via social media and digital marketing. In his early 20's, he brings new ideas and energy to our office. Marco is also bilingual and a registered process server.
